Shipping Information
 
We offer free shipping on every order placed on our website. Regardless of what the order total is, we ship for free to anywhere in USA and Canada. Our standard free shipping takes anywhere from 2 - 7 business days to be delivered based on where you are shipping the item too.

We also offer Express shipping for $14.95 if you need your product faster which takes 1 - 3 business days based on the shipping address.

All the orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC using Canada Post.

All the parcels shipped include insurance to cover any loss or damaged package.

 

Refund, Exchange Policy
 
We offer a 30 day refund policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply ship it back to us and we will gladly issue you a full refund. Unlike other stores, we do not charge you any restocking fee and you only pay for the shipping the product back to us.

In an even that you need to return an unwanted or damaged product back to us, please call us toll free @ 1-888-898-3362 or send us an e-mail @ CustomerService@WestCoastPower.org and we will give you the return instruction and an RMA number.

 

Warranty
 
All products sold through our online store come with 1 YEAR replacement warranty. If the product fails to work within the first year, we will gladly replace it with a new one.
